How to review a single property-token record
A reusable worksheet for one listing or token identifier.
Use one folder for one reviewed asset. Give every saved record a date and a source URL. The folder should contain an identity sheet, a rights sheet, a cash-flow sheet, a token-control sheet, and an open-questions log.
The identity sheet connects the parcel, owner entity, offering entity, manager, and token contract. Do not assume similar names mean they are the same legal person. The rights sheet records what a holder can receive or direct. The cash-flow sheet keeps gross rent, vacancy, repairs, taxes, insurance, management, reserves, and distributions separate.
The token-control sheet records administrative powers. Include transfer restrictions, pause controls, allowlists, upgrade rights, and the key or organization that can use them. The open-questions log is as important as the completed fields. It stops a missing record from silently turning into an assumption.
This page is a new general worksheet. It is not a restored listing, and the number in this historical URL does not identify a current asset here.
