PL Property Ledger Notes

FIELD NOTE / 2026-08-18

Editorial method

How the publication separates evidence, claims, and open questions.

Each note starts with a narrow question. We then separate four layers: the physical property, the legal right being offered, the digital record, and the rules for transfer or sale. A polished interface is not evidence that these layers match.

We label assumptions and avoid price forecasts. A source can describe one layer without proving another. For example, a block explorer can show a transaction but cannot, by itself, establish the condition of a building or the terms of an operating agreement.

Corrections are welcome through the contact page. We do not accept paid placement in an article, and no controlled portfolio site receives a launch link from this publication.
